If you plan on buying the digit version of Mortal Kombat 11 then we have some good news. It is now available for preload on the Switch eShop. However, be prepared for a hefty download! It will charge your sd card 22.5GB! This is just the base game not including the additional dlc that is planned.
If that wasn’t enough, if you are planning on picking up the physical version then aside from having the case there isn’t much of a benefit. The game card only comes in at 6.54GB with a 15.9GB day one update! Again, you will have to remember there is planned dlc so…
Bad news huh?
Well if you head on over to the eShop you will find that there are two versions available. There is the standard priced at $59.99 and then there is the “Premium Edition” set at $99.99 which is essentially getting the base game and pre-paying for the 13 sets of dlc planned.
This type of “milking” the customer is becoming a little absurd. It sounds pretty much like most of the game isn’t even releasing on day one which is a bit concerning.
