USGamer recently attended PAX West where they were able to test drive a demo for The World Ends With You: Final Remix. There at the booth, a Nintendo representative gave a walkthrough of the two control schemes featured in the game; touch screen and joy-con, thus confirming that the game does not feature support for the pro controller.
Honestly, this news sucks being that unless I’m playing in handheld mode, I almost exclusively play with the pro controller. I like the pro controller so much that despite loving this game and have been looking forward to playing it on Switch, it could be a deal breaker for me not having that support. It’s not like it is that much extra work to support another controller.
